As a Push Health client, there are several ways you can continue to work with me to maintain your health, or get access when you are having a problem. Because you have already trusted me with your care, I offer all Push Health patients discounts below my normal rates to the general public.
Prescription medication, refills and simple-to-treat medical conditions are just a few of the many offerings.
Here’s an explanation of a few of my services that might benefit you:
Push Health Closed Practice
- This is completely free to join.
- Most likely you found me randomly through the Push Health application. It’s like Uber for doctors.
- If you have not designated me as your provider or requested a personal invitation, then you are unfortunately not considered part of my closed Push Health practice.
- Although I will do my best to assist you if you ever need my services in the future, joining my closed practice guarantees I will be able to be there for you and covered under malpractice insurance.

This is a great option for those who already have a regular doctor or who are not taking regular prescription medications and may just need a prescription filled once or twice a year without the need for multiple refills. My fee per prescription is $65, Push Health’s fee is $14.99. Your total cost per prescription is $79.99.
Virtual Wellness Partnership
- This requires a one-time video visit in order to establish a doctor-patient relationship.
- Now is the perfect time to become established with a healthcare provider who uses telemedicine during the pandemic when most states have loosened tight regulations on telemedicine. It is unclear if some states like Georgia will go back to strict rules that prevent easy telemed care after it is over.
- The initial video visit is $95 and takes less than 15 minutes to accomplish. 3 months of refills are included in this price.
- After this visit, I am able to write you multiple prescriptions and/or refills, and provide medical treatment for you in the future.
- I will send you a secure video link, along with all office paperwork online. You will then have more access to me as your physician, along with access to other discounted offers in my practice.
This is a great option for those that may not have a physician or ease of access for simple issues and for those that need monthly refills on medications. My fee of $95 includes the video office visit and 3 months of prescription medications. Subsequent prescription requests are $65 for up to 3 months or $75 for 6 months (excludes controlled substances).
Virtual Concierge Annual Membership
This requires a one-time initial video visit in order to establish a doctor-patient relationship.
Included in your annual membership:
- Your initial video visit
- Unlimited access to valid prescription medication requests and refills for one year
- Unlimited lab orders + work notes + text messaging with me
- You and your immediate family will also receive an additional 25% discount on any of my services not included in your membership
The one-time annual fee is $395.
Video Visits for Economically Impacted Patients
Knowing that many people who may want/need to see a doctor right now are out of work or don’t have insurance coverage, I’m offering my previous PushHealth patients the opportunity for whats called a sliding-scale or donation-based 15-minute video visit with me.
Patients can pay anywhere from $25 to $95 for a video visit that will include up to 3 months of prescriptions if they are suffering a hardship.
If this is still too much, please let the office know and your appointment will be free of charge in as many cases as possible.
