Before you request an appointment with Dr. Charfen, here’s what you need to know:

• All appointments are by request – Dr. Charfen will review your request and approve your booking.
• Before booking, you’ll be asked to provide us with a reason for your appointment request. Please be sure to give us all the information we’ll need to know to schedule the appropriate time in Dr. Charfen’s calendar. If you don’t request enough time, we can adjust your booking as needed.
• The deposit for any appointment with Dr. Charfen is $50.00, which you’ll pay when you submit your appointment request. This deposit will be credited to your visit fee for your appointment with Dr. Charfen. Most simple telehealth visits are $150 unless you are seeking medical cannabis certification or ketamine therapy consultation.
• If we confirm an appointment for you and you don’t give us 48 hours notice of a cancellation or don’t show up for your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.
• Dr. Charfen is seeing patients via video, in person at our main location and with very limited availability at our Waimea satellite office.
• Appointments at our Waimea location are limited and by specific request only. You must make a note in your appointment request that you’d like to be seen at the Waimea office. Once your appointment is confirmed, Dr. ChaCha will provide you with the exact location details for your meeting with her.
