Here’s what you need to know:
- All appointments are by request and are not confirmed until approved by Dr. Charfen. You will receive an email.
- Please provide the reason for your appointment when submitting your request, ensuring you give enough detail to schedule the appropriate time.
- A $50 deposit is required upon booking and will be credited to your visit fee. This is NOT the visit fee.
- Visit fees are listed on the specific services pages and range from $150-350.

- If you need to cancel, please provide 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so or not showing up will result in a non-refundable deposit.
- Dr. Charfen sees patients via video or in-person at our Kapaau location.
